James explains that by making the website lightweight, without excessive baggage weighing the site down, Google recognizes and rewards. Your website has to have your best content and be original. Not a copy of the best, but be the best. James’ strive for excellence has taught him many tricks along the road, but maybe not surprisingly, simplicity is the key to a smooth and successful website.
James also discusses the impact of live events. Too many of us have sat through a 3 hour long lecture and find ourselves checking our watches when nobody’s looking. James’ passion to create the perfect learning and sharing environment starts by simplifying the talks and presentations to deliver relevant high quality content.
