Authority and explained how displaying that you’re an authority in your Niche, through quality content and other credibility elements on your website, influences people to take action because they are far more likely to trust a credible, knowledgeable expert.
Consistency and show that by using consistency across everything on your website from the look and feel, the colours, the CTA button colours, the frequency, messaging, you will be more memorable because people are as humans we are wired to recognise patterns and over time you will be trusted more by being consistent.

What is Likability?
Likability is simply a measure of how much people like you.
You want to use your website and online presence as a tool to influence people to like you.
So the goal with your website is to build TRUST so that people buy from you, so by using Likability across everything you do online will inevitably mean that you will be trusted more.
