EP 055:  In the first 3 episode in this series we discussed Reciprocity and showed how ‘giving away as much quality FREE content as possible on your website subconsciously influences people to give back to you.’

Authority and explained how displaying that you’re an authority in your Niche, through quality content and other credibility elements on your website, influences people to take action because they are far more likely to trust a credible, knowledgeable expert.

Consistency and show that by using consistency across everything on your website from the look and feel, the colours, the CTA button colours, the frequency, messaging, you will be more memorable because people are as humans we are wired to recognise patterns and over time you will be trusted more by being consistent.

So today in part 4 of this 6 part series we are covering Likability.

Part 5 is on Scarcity

Part 6 si on Consensus

We have many ways to use Likability on a website that will be revealed as we explore more today…
